This Privacy Policy explains how Sleep Tracker AI collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the mobile app and related services.
1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect
Sleep data stored on your device: sleep session times, wake time, duration, sleep quality, sleep phases, sleep goals, alarm settings, app preferences, onboarding answers, and dream journal notes if you choose to enter them.
Audio data: when you manually start a sleep session, the app may use the microphone to record and analyze night sounds such as snoring, talking, movement, and ambient noise. Audio files and derived sleep events are used to provide sleep tracking features. We do not record audio unless you start a sleep session.
Account data: if you sign in with Apple or Google, we may receive account identifiers, email address, and display name provided by that service.
Purchase data: subscription status, product identifiers, transaction status, and entitlement information are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, and, for Android website builds, external checkout providers.
Diagnostics and analytics: we may process crash logs, device identifiers, app version, operating system version, feature usage events, and error reports to improve reliability and fix bugs. Analytics are used only where permitted by your settings and applicable law.
Website download metrics: when you use the website, a random identifier is kept only for the current browser tab session and may be sent to Supabase when you click the APK download button. It is used to deduplicate release metrics and is not intended to identify you. Closing the tab removes this session identifier.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide sleep tracking, alarms, sleep phases, sound events, reports, and premium features.
- To generate sleep summaries, sleep reports, and weekly reports.
- To verify subscriptions, restore purchases, and manage premium access.
- To sync or restore data when you enable account or cloud features.
- To diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and improve app performance.
- To respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.
4. Report Generation
If you use report features, the app may send sleep metrics such as duration, sleep phase totals, event counts, sleep score, and activity context to a processing service. Raw audio, dream journal content, precise location, and direct identifiers are not needed for these reports unless a feature clearly asks for them.
Sleep reports are informational only and are not medical advice.
5. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services to operate the app, including:
- Apple App Store and Google Play: app distribution, subscriptions, and payments.
- RevenueCat: subscription entitlement verification and purchase restoration.
- Supabase: account, backend, and optional sync infrastructure.
- Google Fonts: delivery of website fonts; your browser may send standard connection data such as IP address and user agent to Google when loading a page.
- PostHog: product analytics, where enabled and permitted.
- Sentry: crash reporting and diagnostics.
- Report service providers: generation of sleep reports from sleep metrics.
- Payment providers for Android website builds: USDT checkout, CryptoBot RUB invoices, and entitlement activation where applicable.
These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and our configuration of their services.
6. Data Storage and Security
Many sleep records are stored locally on your device. Production cloud sync is currently disabled while safe new-device recovery is being completed. Previously created encrypted backups and account records may remain on our backend until you delete them. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to limit data collection and protect sensitive sleep information.
7. Microphone and Notifications
The microphone is used only for sleep tracking sessions that you start. Notifications are used for alarms, reminders, and sleep-related app alerts. You can change permissions in your device settings.
8. Data Retention
Local data remains on your device until you delete it, delete your account data, or uninstall the app. Backend records, if any, are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support purchase or account recovery.
9. Your Choices and Rights
- You can delete sleep sessions and app data in the app where available.
- You can delete the account and its server data from the app, or request deletion by emailing tehniceskijkanal0@gmail.com.
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to applicable law.
- You can disable microphone, notification, analytics, or account permissions in the app or device settings.
- You can cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions through the corresponding platform account settings. For Android website APK payments, contact support.
10. Children
Sleep Tracker AI is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Medical Disclaimer
Sleep Tracker AI is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Sleep reports and recommendations are informational only.
12. International Users
Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
